Coastal Plain Area Economic Opportunity Authority Incorporated located at 1810 West Hill Avenue Unit A6, Valdosta, GA 31601 is accepting formal Invitation for Bids for food items and non-food paper products for the Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP). CACFP is a federal nutrition program funded by the USDA to ensure children and adults throughout Georgia have access to nutritious meals. Coastal Plain Area Economic Opportunity Authority Incorporated will be serving an estimated 416,699 meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday-Friday across the following Head Start facilities. Berrien, Ben Hill, Cook, Lanier, Lowndes, (which includes two locations), Tift, and Turner County. We are seeking vendors who can service each one of these counties. The contract period is August 1, 2019 – July 31, 2022.
