Notice to Bid

School Bus Bid

Coastal Plain Area EOA, Inc. is seeking bid proposals for the purchase of a School Bus.  You may stop by our office at 1810 West Hill Avenue, Unit A-6, Valdosta, GA.  31601, between the hours of 9:00am – 4:30pm to pick up a bid packet.  You may also receive a bid through email by sending a request to fwalker@coastalplain.org.

Your written bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope to:

Valdosta, GA.  31601

The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked “School Bus Bid”.  All bids will be opened publicly at the office of Coastal Plain Area EOA, Inc. on October 11, 2023 at 9:00am.  Bids must be returned by October 10, 2023 at 4:30pm.
